I know MB and Audi let you do this and I have never used my phone to update those. The second option might be to have the car download it directly. So that's the option I've used, I think, three times now with the car and with each update it got. Phase two seems to require the car to be in motion (I assume the transfer takes some time and they don't want to risk the battery dying while off/idle), and phase three requires the car to be parked and it can not be used while being updated. Phase 1 happens in the background, regardless, so long as you approve the download. For some reason, it has always asked me to download it to my phone first, then transfer to the car, and then it installs to the car. I think there might be a few ways to get the download. No, I was saying it has to transfer while driving. I’m sure there is a march update due, be interesting to see what’s in it and if it’s worth an upgrade from November I saw on the 3/4 forum about someone with 2023/3 but have seen anything official. Must admit it’s not something I’ve looked at yet as my feb build car has 2022/11 software on it

You have to be driving to perform the update?
